Type, Machiavellianism, and Self-Efficacy at Playing Office Politics. E-mail

This article examines the relationship between psychological type, Machivellianism and self-efficacy at playing office politics. The paper suggests no relationship between psychological type and Machiavellianism. However, preferences for Extraversion and Thinking appear to relate to greater self-efficacy at playing office politics.
